Do these lights require a special bulb? Is it included?

These fixtures will accept any standard E26 (Medium) light bulb. We recommend LED bulbs.

There is a wide range of bulbs out there with varying shapes, intensities and temperatures can give these fixtures a look unique to you. As such, we do not make this decision for you.

How do I clean my light fixture?

The fixtures are sealed with an epoxy resin finish, making them easy to care for. Simply dust with a soft, dry cloth or use a feather duster to remove debris from the openings. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a slightly damp microfiber cloth and dry immediately.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, or furniture polishes, as these can dull or damage the epoxy finish over time. Never use excessive water - while the resin seals the wood, moisture can still reach unsealed areas around hardware connections.

To maintain the soft luster, an occasional wipe with a clean, dry microfiber cloth is all you need.

How do I install the lights? Is any assembly required?

Each pendant will arrive fully assembled and pre-wired with ample electrical cord for the height purchased. Thread the wire through either the chain links or rods to ceiling plate and then junction box. We recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician to ensure that your junction box is adequate to the weight of the fixture.

I love this fixture, but it doesn't match my color scheme. Can I order a set of these pendants in a different species of wood?

There are a number of factors that determine whether a wood species is appropriate for these fixtures. It must be quite dense and strong while not overly oily. There are a range of appropriate woods that I work with all the time, and I would love to hear from you if you'd like to discuss a custom order.

I live in Europe/Middle East/Etc. Do your fixtures work in my country?

Yes! Here in the US, we use 120V AC while most of the rest of the world uses 220-240V. This is no problem, as the U/L listed sockets we install are rated for 250 volts.

The sockets themselves are standard E26 (26mm) sockets. Many countries use 27mm sockets, but they are close enough that bulbs generally fit either socket. Many LED bulbs are marked E26/27 and work in both

If all else fails, the ceramic sockets in our lights are removable and easily replaced with a local variant.
